Return Policy

We begin processing immediately. You're given one hour to cancel your order after placing it. You will be issued a full refund (minus processing fees if using PayPal). We do not offer refunds for worn extensions.

To be eligible for a refund after receiving your item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with company logo wraps around the bundles and wave patterns undisturbed. Refund eligibility expires after three days of receiving your items.  

We do offer exchanges. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. If outstanding issues occur with your extensions within 7 days, please email us with a video exhibiting this. You will be required to return the extensions in the event of a full exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. 

Please note that once you’ve added chemicals to the hair, including but not limited to dye, bleach, developer or color masks we are unable to assess the cause of damage. We are not responsible for these kind of reactions. When you purchase from us, you understand and agree to these terms. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

We do video record and meticulously document all returns as they are received and being opened.

Fraud 
We reserve the right to provide your personal information to authorities in the event of a crime. View our terms & conditions to find out how we collect your information.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You should always contact us before returning. There may be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund total depending on the items. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
